Vietnam Weather in November 2019

November is end of autumn in the North and about the beginning of the winter up here. The North still have pleasant daily temperatures, the air gets drier and, often it gets chilly at night. There may be but not very likely typhoons in the North during this month.

In the Central Region, November is the rainy season with more often daily torrential and incessant rains. The Central Region and the Central Highlands may receive typhoons in November which cause floods for 3-7 days and landslides. Sometimes road traffic and trains between North and South Vietnam are halted during a flood.

November is about the end of the rainy season in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam, it is more often to be cloudy everyday. The temperatures are lovely and it may be chilly at night even in the Mekong Delta.
