Hai Phong is a city and a province under direct administration of the Vietnamese Government. Hai Phong is located to the northeast of Vietnam, just south of Halong Bay.
Hai Phong is one of the biggest cities in Vietnam and Hai Phong Port is the biggest sea port in northern Vietnam. The city is along among the most developed industrial centers in the country. Besides, Hai Phong has some amazing tourist attractions for the visitors.

Tourist Attractions in Hai Phong
1/ Do Son Beach
2-hour drive from Hanoi and 20km from Hai Phong City. There are lovely beaches and amazing seafood.
2/ Cat Ba Island
The island is just south of Halong Bay. There are several islands and islets around Cat Ba which certainly makes it another Halong Bay.
3/ The Lan Ha Bay
The beauty is no different from Halong Bay.
4/ Hon Dau Island
Offshore island close to Do Son Beach.
5/ Long Chau Islands
Secluded islands not much visited by travelers
6/ Bach Long Vi Island
Far from the shore and Hai Phong City, the island is located further away in the Gulf of Tonkin. The island is visited by very few Vietnamese even.
7/ Hai Phong City
Street food, Hang Kenh Community House, Du Hang Pagoda , Municipal Theather, Flower Stalls… all make it worthwhile to visit in one day.
8/ Tuyet Tinh Coc
The dug out lakes are part of a quarry. What makes it amazing is the turquoise blue and clear water that looks unusually beautiful!
