2/ Ban Gioc Waterfall
From Cao Bang City, we follow a scenic road which travels northeastwards to the Chinese border where the famed Ban Gioc Waterfall and the well hidden Nguom Ngao Cave are located. The tour to these sites take a full day. There are several high points which offer panoramic views of the surrounding at the Ma Phuc Pass and Khau Liem Pass.

From Cao Bang City, another scenic road which travels northwards brings us to Ha Quang District also on the Chinese border. Here we can visit the Pac Bo Cave where Ho Chi Minh came back to Vietnam after 30 years living in exile seeking ways to liberate Vietnam from the French. The tour to Pac Bo takes half a day.
