Typhoon No.3 in Vietnam in 2019 (Typhoon Waphi) has weakened to be a tropical depression after making landfall at Mong Cai City (Quang Ninh Province) and is making its way wsw through Halong Bay, Hai Phong... to the Red River Delta in northern Vietnam. Torrential rains all over the North, part of the north of the Central Coast (Thanh Hoa), rains in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. Hazy sun and dry weather mostly in the Central Coast from Nghe An to Ninh Thuan.
