10-May-2019 Another cloudy day in Vietnam, from the north to the south. Rains are found in most of South Vietnam. Northern Vietnam has a cloudy day with extremely pleasant temperatures. It has been the summer in the North and the temperatures got up to over 39oC a few days ago, now the weather is more like in the winter here!

A wonderful day for adventure tours like hiking, trekking, or cycling in the far-northern mountain; not so great for sun-worshiping on the beaches in the Central Coast and South of Vietnam though.
8-May-2019 A rainy day in North Vietnam, cloudy and rainy day in the Central Region (including the Central Highlands), a cloudy day in South Vietnam. Lovely temperatures (below 35oC) are everywhere except for Binh Dinh (high at 36oC). The cool northerly wind in northern Vietnam makes the air pleasant. Still, this weather pattern is not normal in the summer in the North. The northerly wind is found mostly in the winter and it seems the North of Vietnam has switched back to winter weather patterns.

The temperatures are pleasant mostly throughout the country except for South of the Central Coast (Quang Nam and Binh Dinh), northwestern vicinity of Saigon (Binh Duong, Tay Ninh). Rains in most of northern Vietnam except for Hanoi where it is cloudy and pleasant temperatures.
6-May-2019 A new seasonal weather pattern has been established in Vietnam: dry and hot season in the Central Coast, rainy season in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. It has been unsual in northern Vietnam as the northerly wind blows. This type of wind should be in the winter or spring only and should not be present in the North in May. The northerly wind makes it cloudy, dry and beautiful a day in most of northern Vietnam and in Hanoi.
5-May-2019 A cloudy day in most of Vietnam, cloudy and warm in the northern region of the Central Coast (Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue), and the vicinity of Ho Chi Minh City. The weather has taken a change since yesterday in Hanoi and northern Vietnam. It has been wet and foggy in Hanoi with rain dusts which is normally found in February or March only. South of the Central Region starts to get warm with mid day temperatures at 35-36oC.
