A pleasant day with rains in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. It is rough sea with strong southwesterly wind from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau and Kien Giang.

1/North Vietnam

Rains in Cao Bang (Bao Lam, Thong Nong, Ha Quang, Quang Uyen, Tra Linh, Ha Lang, Hoa An, Bao Lac), Ha Giang (Bac Me, Vi Xuyen, Yen Minh, Xin Man, Quang Binh, Bac Quang), Bac Kan (Bach Thong, Ba Be, Cho Don, Pac Nam), Tuyen Quang (Chiem Hoa, Na Hang, Lam Binh) with threats of flash floods and landslides.
- The Northwest of Vietnam:

- The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh): clouds mostly and hazy sunshine, thunderstorms in Hai Phong, 28-32oC in Halong, and 29-34oC Hai Phong, 29-34oC in Hanoi, 29-36oC in the south of the Red River Delta.
Hanoi has a cloudy with with gentle westerly, northwesterly wind, a little bit humid in the early mornin, stronger wind later in the day which makes it pleasant. While a day like this is lovely, this weather pattern is the herald of the typhoon season, often before a looming typhoon!
