Vietnam Weather in June

Bebinca, the second tropical storm in Vietnam in 2013, is expected to arrive on 23June2013. From 22June2013, junks and boats are suspended from cruising on Halong Bay, the most popular tourist attractions in the country.

Due to heavy rains from 22-25June2018 in the far nothern mountains of Vietnam, there have been devastating flash floods and landslides in the region: Ha Giang, Lai Chau and Lao Cai. Traffic has been obstructed for several hours. Traveling in the region is not recommended at the moment.

30-June-2019, 13:00-19:00 hours: A tropical depression forms in the northeast of the Paracel Islands of Vietnam. The projected path in the next 24 hours is wnw.

12-June-2020 In the morning, Tropical Depression No.01 entered the East Vietnam Sea making itself the first one in 2020.

07:00 A.M The tropical depression is 90km west of the Luzon Island (The Philippines) packing sustained winds of 50-60kph. The projected path in the next 24 hours is nw.
