Later in the morning the tropical depression approached the coast of Hue - Da Nang and weakened further to be an air trough with wind speeds of less than 39kph. It should travel southwest and melt away in the next 12 hours. This is the last update on Typhoon Fenghsen, Typhoon No. 12 in 2025.
