Lao Cai is in the Northwest of Vietnam, 400km from Hanoi. The province is better known for Sapa – a hill station in clouds inhabited by 7 amazing ethnic minorities.  - Have relaxing holidays in cool climate at Sapa, Y Ty and Bac Ha Plateau: These three places have cool climate that you may want to escape from the summer heat in the delta during the summer.
