The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh, Yen Bai and Lao Cai have bright sun mostly, hot, 26-39oC, 27-41oC in Lao Cai. Sapa has bright sun, 16-27oC. Mu Cang Chai has bright sun, 21-30oC.
