The cool air mass is to have influence in the other provinces in the North and North of the Central Region of Vietnam from this evening and tomorrow morning. Rains are expected in the affected regions.

The lowlands (Halong Bay, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh) are sunny, 21-31oC.

01-April-2019 A cool air mass is having its effects in North and North of the Central Region of Vietnam causing torrential rains in several provinces. The temperatures are lowered than yesterday but not cold in all northern provinces.
1/The Northeast of Vietnam (Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Thai Nguyen): patchy torrential rains, 17-22oC.
The Northwest of Vietnam: Hoa Binh, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Phu Tho are with torrential rains, 19-26oC. Sapa is sunny, 11-16oC. Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau are rainy, 19-30oC.

There are torrential rains in various provinces in South Vietnam today which has helped to bring down the temperatures substantially. It is expected to have more rains in the first 10 days of April. The heat and the rains in South Vietnam are still quite unsual given that it is normally dry season and not yet the hot time.
