07:00 A.M The low pressure air area is 450km east of the Hoang Sa Island of Vietnam (Paracel Island). The low pressure area is expected to move slowly and to turn into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
19:00 The low pressure air area remains at 450km east of the Hoang Sa Island of Vietnam. The projected path in the next 24 hours is northwest and it may strengthen to be a tropical depression.
The southwesterly monsoon is expected to strengthen in the sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau from tomrrow 30-July-2019 and the sea in the area is expected to get rough then.
The heat strike ends today and is expected to be replaced by rains and thunderstorms in the Central Coast of Vietnam from tomorrow.
